Yes, it is true and the proof is in the picture, the Heidi Swapp clock is now officially altered, after sitting on my scrap table for a few weeks, the project is complete. I call this one Dress Up Time. The photo is of Sarah, and in a business attire, the photo is a bit hard to see but I couldn't get a good shot of it. But hey what really matters is the project is done, and is now keeping time on the wall again.Lookie Dawn!! hee hee
